1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Phone verification via OTP may be required.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

2) Marketplace Nature

Chalo Club helps drivers and passengers connect. Drivers are responsible for trips they publish and for complying with applicable laws. We do not operate as a transportation provider.

3) Trips, Bookings & Requests

• Drivers set routes, seats, and fares.
• Trips may support instant booking or manual approval.
• Users must communicate clearly about pickup and timing.

4) Pets & Parcels

• Drivers may opt in/out of pets and parcels per trip.
• Users must follow local rules and transport restrictions.
• Prohibited/illegal items are strictly not allowed.

5) Fees (Early Access)

Chalo Club is free during Early Access. After Early Access, we may introduce a service fee. We will provide notice before changes apply. Early adopters may receive perks.

6) Verification & Badges

Verification badges (e.g., phone, ID, license) indicate that certain checks were completed. They do not guarantee behavior, safety, or trip outcome.

7) Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate, threats, or abusive behavior
• Fraud, impersonation, or sharing false information
• Illegal items or unsafe activities
• Attempting to bypass safety systems or moderation

8) Safety & Disputes

Use common sense and follow our Safety Guidelines. Disputes between users should be handled respectfully; we may assist with reports and enforcement actions.

9) Content & Ratings

You are responsible for content you post. Ratings and reviews must be truthful and relevant. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chalo Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trips, interactions, or user conduct.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or to protect the community.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
